The owner of the Wellbook Application ("Application") is Seçkin Uğurcan and Bengü Günay, who hold all rights and authority over the Application. The services offered through the Application ("Services") are subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use").
By downloading and starting to use the Application, users acknowledge that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If there are any terms that you do not agree with, you must immediately cease using the Application. It is important to read these terms carefully before using the Application.
1. Purpose Users agree to use the Application only for legitimate and lawful purposes as specified in these Terms of Use and in accordance with relevant legal regulations.
2. Service Changes and Fees Wellbook is committed to ensuring the Application remains functional and efficient, and reserves the right to make changes or charge fees for services without prior notice. Changes are effective upon publication within the Application, and by accessing the Application, users are deemed to have accepted these changes. However, Wellbook assumes no legal, penal, or administrative responsibility for any discrepancies between the current state of services or products and the information available in the Application due to reasons beyond Wellbook's control. Users accept this condition from the moment they access the Application. In case of any fees, users will be notified in advance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights The Application, including its trademarks, copyrights, database rights, general appearance, design, and all content such as information, images, domain names, logos, icons, demonstrative, written, electronic, graphic or machine-readable technical data, computer software, business methods, and business models, is protected by Wellbook. Users may not use the Application in a way that infringes upon these rights.
4. Restrictions No content within the Application, including code and software, may be altered, copied, reproduced, translated, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, presented, or distributed without Wellbook's prior written permission and citation. Users may not publish, reproduce, rent, upload, transmit, or distribute any content within the Application. Users are responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from violations. All other rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Wellbook.
5. Use of Personal Data The Application stores and processes personal data provided by users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Users are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information they provide. Voice data of users is not stored on servers. 6. Security Recommendations Users are advised not to jailbreak or root their phones, as this may compromise device security and prevent the Application from functioning properly. Users are responsible for taking all necessary precautions to ensure security while using the Application.
7. Internet Connection Responsibility Certain functions of the Application may require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or a mobile network provider. Wellbook is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to connectivity issues. Wellbook is not responsible for any charges from mobile providers due to using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area or without disabling data roaming.
8. Usage and Responsibility The use of the Application and the battery status of users’ devices are their responsibility. Wellbook does not accept any responsibility if the device battery dies while using the Application.
9. Updates and Termination Wellbook reserves the right to update or discontinue the Application. Users are responsible for accepting these updates and uninstalling the Application if necessary. Failure to accept updates may result in the Application not functioning fully.
10. Amendments to the Terms Wellbook may partially or fully amend these Terms of Use without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication in the Application. It is the users' responsibility to keep track of these changes. Users who continue to use the Application are deemed to have accepted these amendments.
11. Temporary or Permanent Suspension of the Application Wellbook reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the entire Application or any part thereof temporarily or permanently without prior notice. Wellbook will not be liable in any way for this action.
12. Third-Party Links The Application may contain links to third-party websites, portals, content, or services for convenience. Wellbook is not responsible for the content of such sites or services. Use of these links is entirely at the user's risk.
13. Limitation of Liability Wellbook shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from accessing the Application, using the information and data within the Application, or for any interruptions, errors, omissions, or interruptions due to contractual violations, torts, or other causes.
14. Comments User comments, reviews, and other content created by users are not representative of Wellbook's commercial policies, values, vision, or mission. Wellbook is not responsible for these comments.
