• Identity and Contact Information: Name, surname, phone number, address, email address, landline, and mobile phone number.
• Transaction Security Information: Membership details, password information.
• Request/Complaint Management Information: Requests and complaints made via the Application, as well as comments shared within the Application.
• Audio Recording Information: Audio recordings, if recorded with your consent during the use of the Application.

Wellbook may use your personal data for the following purposes:
• To provide and enhance Wellbook services.
• To improve and personalize the user experience.
• To facilitate data backup and import operations.
• To process in-app purchases.
• To carry out necessary work by business units to ensure the fulfillment of activities in compliance with Wellbook policies and applicable laws.

You may optionally back up your data using your Google Drive account. These backups are stored in your private cloud space, and Wellbook does not share this data with any third parties.
You may also export your entries in CSV or PDF format to any location on your device or share them with third parties through tools like Gmail or WhatsApp. Once exported, Wellbook is not responsible for the security of the exported data.
By default, your data is stored locally on your device. This means that if you delete the Application, you will need to have backed up or exported your data in CSV or PDF format locally to retain access.
4. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes stated or as required by relevant laws. When the purpose for processing your data ceases or the retention period ends, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
5. Security of Personal Data
Wellbook takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing and access to personal data and to ensure data protection.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Wellbook reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in line with changes in applicable laws. The updated Privacy Policy will become effective from the date it is presented to the User by any method.
